This policy applies to https://rearoofingco.com and to information you choose to send Rea Roofing Inc. through it. It does not cover other websites we link to, including Instagram or the Contractors State License Board, each of which has its own privacy practices.

We collect only what you type into the free estimate form and choose to send us. That is: your name, email address, phone number, the town the property is in, the service you are asking about, the property type, your timeline, and the message you write.

We do not ask for and do not want payment card details, Social Security numbers or any other sensitive personal information through this website. Please do not send them.

If you contact us by phone, text or email instead, we hold whatever you send us in those messages for the purpose of responding to you.

We use your information for one purpose: to respond to your inquiry, arrange a roof inspection or estimate, and carry out any work you go on to hire us for. Form submissions are transmitted to the lead-management system our website provider operates on our behalf, and from there to us.

We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it with third parties for their own marketing. We may share it with service providers who help us run the business — for example the provider that hosts this website and processes form submissions — and only so far as they need it to perform that service.

This website is a set of static pages. It does not set advertising or tracking cookies, and it does not run third-party advertising trackers or social pixels.

Fonts are served with the site, and links to external profiles such as Instagram will be subject to those platforms' own tracking once you follow them. Our web host may keep standard server logs, which can include IP addresses, for security and reliability purposes.

We keep estimate requests and job records for as long as we need them to serve you and to meet our legal, tax and warranty obligations as a California licensed contractor. If you ask us to delete your inquiry and we are not required to keep it, we will.

You can ask us what personal information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. California residents have rights under the California Consumer Privacy Act, including the right to know what personal information is collected and the right to request deletion. We do not sell personal information, so there is nothing to opt out of on that front.
