Roofing is site-specific. Nothing on this site should be taken as a recommendation for your building until someone has actually looked at it. Where we describe building code requirements — fire-rated assemblies, slope limits, wildland-urban interface rules — we are describing them in general terms; the requirements that apply to your address are determined by your jurisdiction and by the code in force at the time of your project.

Submitting the free estimate form does not create a contract, and it does not commit either of us to anything. It starts a conversation. Any work Rea Roofing Inc. carries out for you will be covered by a separate written agreement that sets out the scope, the materials, the price and the schedule.

Where this site refers to free estimates, free inspections or guaranteed work, those are the commitments the company makes in its own marketing. The specific terms of any workmanship guarantee are set out in your written contract, not on this page.

Rea Roofing Inc. holds California contractor's license CSLB #1133025, issued by the California Contractors State License Board. License status can be verified independently at cslb.ca.gov, and we encourage you to do that before hiring any contractor.

We work to keep the information on this site accurate and current, but we do not warrant that it is complete, error-free or up to date at every moment. Prices are not published here, and no page on this site constitutes an offer.
